Mindfulness meditation is the art and science of paying attention, on purpose with openness, curiosity and a willingness to be with experience as it is - it has been found to promote resilience and well-being.
Join Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being for live Wednesday mindful pause sessions from 12:45-1 p.m. for the period of March 30-June 8 (no sessions April 27, May 4 or May 11). One-time registration covers allows access to all sessions. Sessions begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided meditation, led Dr. Neesha Patel, PhD.
