2023 International Milk Genomics Consortium ‘ROS’ Workshop
On May 8, from 8 am – 11 am, International Milk Genomics Consortium (IMGC) is hosting its annual “roll up one’s sleeves’ (ROS) virtual workshop that focuses on the translational issues in milk science, identifies key hurdles to scientific development and recruits innovative solutions from a broad range of scientific disciplines.

This year’s theme: Milk Extracellular Vesicles and miRNAs: Challenges and Successes in Scalability, Analytics and Navigating Regulatory

Join five world experts from engineering, biology, and medicine as they share their insights on the challenges and solutions with translating research on milk extracellular vesicles and microRNAs for human health.

-Professor Marca Wauben, Ph.D. from Utrecht University
-Dr. Marie Stampe Ostenfeld, Ph.D. from Arla Foods Ingredients
-Dr. Rienk Nieuwland, Ph.D. from Amsterdam University Medical Centers
-Dr. Spencer Marsh, Ph.D. from Tiny Cargo Company
-Dr. Steven Hicks, M.D. from Penn State University

The first two hours of the workshop are dedicated to oral presentations followed by one hour of Q&A. The goal of this 3-hour virtual webinar is for participants to come away with a better understanding of bringing the discoveries of science to practice as concepts and products for human health.

Participation is complimentary.

Your registration will include Zoom call-in information.
