Fall 2021: Live Heartful Pause - Wednesdays, Oct. 6, 13, 20, 27 (5-5:10 pm)
Heartfulness meditation is the development of inner resources such as kindness, compassion, joy and gratitude that promote resilience and well-being.
Join Staff and Faculty Health and Well-being for live Wednesday heartfulness meditation sessions from 5-5:10 p.m. during October 2021. More sessions may be added based on demand/interest. One-time registration covers allows access to all sessions. Sessions begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided meditation, led Dr. Neesha Patel, PhD. Select days may include some pre-recorded sessions from UCSD and/or UCLA offered live.
