Gentle Yoga Series: Tuesdays, Sept. 13, 20, 27; Oct. 4, 11 (12:10-1 p.m.)
Join us and Kia Meaux online for five gentle yoga sessions from 12:10-1 p.m. Tuesdays, Sept. 13, 20, 27; Oct. 4, 11. One-time registration covers all live sessions and access to limited-time recordings.

The All-levels session on Oct. 11 will offer slightly more advanced poses and stretches, including options to meet you where you are. Beginners and advanced yogis welcome to all sessions.

Recommended equipment: Comfortable clothing, yoga mat or non-slip floor; yoga block (alternatives to the yoga block include a couch cushion or pillow, or folded up beach towel or blanket).

As with all exercise programs, when using our exercise videos, you need to use common sense. To reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your doctor before beginning any fitness program. By performing any fitness exercises, you are performing them at your own risk.
