This year’s theme: Milk Proteins and Peptides: Challenges and Successes in Scalability, Analytics and Navigating Regulatory. Join six world experts in milk science as they share the challenges and solutions for overcoming those challenges in scaling up, analytics and navigating regulatory milk proteins and peptides.

Meet the speakers:
-Professor David Dallas, Ph.D. from Oregon State University
-Dr. Roeland van Eerten, Ph.D. from Friesland Campina
-Laura Katz, M.A. from Helaina
-Anne Staudt Kvistgaard, M.S. from Arla Foods Ingredients
