Regarding the Spanish Passport: you wouldn't be barred from payment legally, but you should still expect an unpaid experience. CIEE does not negotiate stipends. If a company chooses to offer and you can legally accept, that is fine, but again you should only apply if you are comfortable being unpaid as that is the norm.

Is it important to have basic Spanish communication skills for the Barcelona program?
