Spring 2021 UC Davis Forum on the UN SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals)
Global Affairs, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Sustainability are pleased to present the third UC Davis Forum on the UN SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). We will bring together our campus community virtually in support of the SDG Agenda. The Forum will share ways that UC Davis is engaging with the SDGs around the world, showcase faculty and student projects, and provide ways that faculty, students and staff can get more involved.

The SDG Agenda, an ambitious set of 17 global goals, was adopted by all United Nations member states in 2015. It lays out a framework of measurable indicators and targets based on a shared vision to end poverty, rescue the planet and build a peaceful world. The Decade of Action calls for all sectors of society – including academia, youth, and civil society – to accelerate global action, local action, and people action to achieve these goals by 2030.
