Meditation with Brenda Gustin, Feb. - June 2021
Join Brenda (Astara) Gustin, PhD, CMT, RYI, for a monthly* meditation session. You will learn how to have more energy and vitality, to be receptive, to be relaxed, to recharge the body, calm the mind, open the heart and to have positive, cheerful and wholesome attitudes. These workshops are suitable for beginners and for those who make meditation part of their daily practice. *March will have two sessions.

The sessions take place from Noon - 1 p.m. on Mondays, Feb. 8, March 1, March 22, April 12, May 10, and June 14.
