This dialogue-based session will highlight the specific challenges that womxn/femmes of color deal with while being in "leadership" roles. Through interactive dialogue, storytelling, and reflective activities, we will explore strategies for navigating some of these particular challenges with particular emphasis on imposter trauma, boundary setting, and creating space for self-care and healing. Participants will have opportunities to learn from one another, along with the facilitators of the session. This session should particularly benefit womxn/femmes of color who are in "leadership" or “professional” roles, or who aspire to be/identify as leaders (on campus, in their families, in their communities, etc). While all are welcome, we ask that this be a space for folks who identify as womxn and/or femmes of color.
