Meditation with Brenda Gustin
Join Brenda (Astara) Gustin, PhD, CMT, RYI, for a special online meditation sessions. In these workshops, you will learn how to have more energy and vitality, to be receptive, to be relaxed, to recharge the body, calm the mind, open the heart and to have positive, cheerful and wholesome attitudes. These workshops are suitable for beginners and for those who make meditation part of their daily practice.

All sessions run from Noon to 1 p.m. and offered on second Mondays through June 2022, except for the first session on August 30, 2021.
